Active NMC Registration (Nursing and Midwifery Council)

Health Care Assistants

Health Care Assistant duties will include

Supporting Vulnerable Adults
Assistance with individual’s personal care
Mobility and transfer assistance / support
Daily encouragement and support activities
Promote Independence, privacy, dignity, confidentiality, respect and fulfilment must be all times
Report to senior staff on duty for handover’s
Assistance and encouragement with Nutritional and Dietary needs
Work within a team and on an individual basis as and when required
Record keeping - documenting factual, non-judgmental information
Abide any health and safety requirements within the setting and in line with current legislation

Senior Health Care Assistants

We are looking for Senior Health Care Assistants who have the following skills and qualifications

1 years’ experience working as a team leader/senior
Experience giving medications
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Health and Social Care)
